1. use of this site

this site is owned and operated by say brand. you may browse, view, and make purchases for personal, non-commercial use. you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its functionality, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

2. products & orders

all product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order where an error in pricing or description has occurred.

once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. this does not guarantee acceptance of your order. we reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock limitations.

3. pricing & payment

all prices are listed in USD. payment is processed through our secure checkout provider (shopify). we do not store your payment information directly.

4. shipping & delivery

shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. returns & exchanges

we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all original packaging. return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. intellectual property

all content on this site — including text, images, logos, designs, and the word "PRESENT" as used in our product embroidery — is the property of say brand and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. limitation of liability

say brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. our products are designed as mindfulness cues and are not medical devices. they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
